It is clear that this project shows a very refined and disciplined architectural approach that is successful in translating an industrial function into a spatially rich and calm environment. The composition oriented around low and horizontal volumes gives a clear organizational intent to this architectural work while retaining its strong connection with the landscape. Material selection is very subtle yet effective. The use of metal and concrete and warm interior finishes provides a strong and disciplined architectural language to this work. The interior space shows a very strong ambience where light and dimension and functionality and efficiency go hand in hand.
A possible suggestion could thus involve the further definition of the passage between the interior and exterior spaces. Although the atmosphere within the building is carefully controlled to a very refined degree, intermediate areas, such as the use of covered terraces or shadowed courts, would considerably enrich the passage between the building and the exterior environment without diminishing the disciplined architectural expression of the project.
