The approach, which includes interdisciplinarity and the relationship of subjective, personal, and neutral perceptions of the problem and characteristics of the area in general, gave added value to the project.
The main (general) project aim is good and connected with its application to the port area through urban planning and design principles.
A particular contribution of the work is the extensive analysis of local culture, lifestyle, and needs of local citizens, which were the basis for defining the concept. Nevertheless, these analyzes should be highlighted in certain parts of the project proposal, so that they do not remain only at the level of previous research.

The relation of buildings in some residential blocks could be improved, to achieve greater comfort and quality of housing. This especially refers to the mutual distance between buildings, taking into account their use and planned height. Different types of housing, which are mentioned in the textual description and the concept of this project in general, could be elaborated on in more detail and implemented in the project proposal so that they do not remain only at the level of initial ideas.
The "Beach" zone has the potential for further development and improvement, especially through the relation between planned facilities, open recreational spaces, and water, to increase the recreational quality of the space.
