The project displays a high level of completeness and maturity as far as the design of housing in an urban setting is concerned. The massing strategy employed in the design has ensured that the residential structure is well scaled to fit well within its surrounding environment. The continuous balcony area on the façade further enhances its design by providing the residential occupants with spacious areas that are well illuminated by natural sources of light. The design displays an appropriate level of reserve and confidence on its architectural front.
The scheme might also further enhance its community-focused characteristics. Although shared spaces are available, these are essentially functional in essence. Adding further recognizable communal hubs in the form of shared courtyards, shaded outdoor spots, or communal areas with a stronger 'sense of place' could help facilitate interaction between neighbors and possibly instill a sense of stronger community identity. Such an upgrade would transform the scheme from being merely a well-designed residential tower into a more people-engaging residential environment.
